This form is for those outside the USA to order signed books. If you fill out the form, I will email you with a total, including shipping. Please keep in mind that shipping will not be cheap. To check the total I will likely have to go to the post office. So please be sure before you fill it out that you are prepared for the shipping cost. That being said you are free to decide you no longer wish to go through with the order.  If you accept the total, I will set up a listing for you on etsy.
